HOW WE RUN THIS

Fair Play Standards in Our Live Lounge

We source live tables only from studios that publish independent audit certificates and operate physical streaming facilities. That means the dealing, shuffling and camera angles you see are studio-controlled, not software-rendered. Here's what that means for your sessions at hai788.

Studio-Certified Streams

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live hold independent certifications for their dealing procedures and RNG-free table operations. Those standards carry into every table we offer in this lounge.

Transparent RTP Display

RTP data only appears where the studio exposes it in the game window. We do not fabricate figures — if a table's return rate is not published by the provider, we don't show a number.

Bet History on Your Account

Every live table round you complete is logged in your account history with the table name, studio, stake and result. You can check any past session from your account dashboard at any time.

Secure Stream Connection

Live video feeds and bet data travel over an SSL-encrypted connection. Your in-session actions — bet placement, side bets, cash-out — are protected at the transport layer throughout the round.

hai788 What Our Live Dealer Lounge Actually Carries

What Our Live Dealer Lounge Actually Carries

Our Live Dealer Lounge pulls tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and SEXY Gaming into one browsable room. You'll find classic Baccarat with squeeze mechanics, multi-camera Roulette Wheel variants, and fast-deal Dragon Tiger for shorter sessions. Game show formats like Crazy Time and Mega Ball sit alongside the traditional felt tables. Each stream runs in HD with a real human dealer —

no RNG outcomes at these tables. RTP figures are shown only where the studio publishes them inside the game window. Switch between table types using the filter row at the top of the lounge without leaving the page.

HELP WHILE YOU PLAY

Support Paths for Live Table Sessions

Stream hiccups, seat limits or wallet questions mid-session — here's how to reach us fast. Our support team handles live lounge issues through the channels below. Availability depends on your region and local eligibility.

Live Chat Open the chat widget from any live table page. Describe your table name and issue — a support agent picks it up and responds directly without making you leave the lobby.
Account Help Centre The Help Centre covers seat limits, stream quality steps and wallet verification for your OVO, DANA or GoPay account when a transaction needs a manual check mid-session.
Email Support For non-urgent live lounge questions — table history, bet records or access disputes — email support with your account ID and the table name so your case is resolved accurately.

Live Dealer Terms Every Player Should Know

New to live tables or just want a quick refresher? These are the terms that come up most in our Live Dealer Lounge — plain definitions, no jargon.

01
What is a live dealer table?

A live dealer table streams a real human croupier from a physical studio. Cards are dealt or a wheel is spun in real time; you place bets through the game interface on your screen.

02
What does 'squeeze' mean in Live Baccarat?

Squeeze is a dealing style where the dealer slowly bends and reveals the card edges for dramatic effect. It follows standard Baccarat rules — the reveal method changes, the outcome logic does not.

03
What is a side bet in live table games?

A side bet is an optional wager placed alongside your main bet. In Baccarat, for example, a Pair side bet pays if the first two cards on either side form a matching pair.

04
What does 'game show table' mean?

Game show tables like Crazy Time or Mega Ball are live-streamed formats that blend a wheel or ball draw with bonus rounds. They are hosted by presenters and follow fixed prize multiplier rules.

05
What is RTP at a live table?

RTP (Return to Player) is the theoretical percentage a game pays back over many rounds. At live tables, RTP is only shown if the studio publishes it — it varies by bet type and table variant.

06
What does 'burn card' mean in Live Blackjack?

A burn card is a card removed from the top of the shoe before dealing begins or after a shuffle. Studios use this standard procedure to prevent any edge from deck-position knowledge.
